Sega Entertainment, Inc. was a joint-venture between Sega and SoftBank Holdings.
Founded in April 1996,[1] Sega Entertainment published most of Sega's PC game offerings in North America from the mid to late 1990s, the majority of which being conversions developed by Sega PC.
