D3 Publisher, formerly known as Culture Publishers is a Japanese video game developer and publisher, and was once a subsidiary company of Culture Convenience Club Company Ltd. and is now a subsidiary company of Bandai Namco Entertainment.
The company was found by Culture Convenience Club on Feburary 5, 1992. In 2006, the company become D3 Inc. and a new subsidiary company with the D3 Publisher naming was formed. In 2009, Bandai Namco Holdings acquired D3 Inc. and D3 Publisher become a subsidiary company of Bandai Namco Entertainment, before being handled back to Bandai Namco Holdings in 2010.
