Youngblood Tweaker

Adds additional tweaking such as options to scale player and enemy damage, adjusting the amount of head bobbing, disabling various HUD elements and more.
Not compatible with the current version of the game.
For use with Microsoft Store version:
  1. Extract tool to <path-to-game>\Content.
  2. Run <path-to-game>\Content\Youngblood_x64vk.exe as administrator to launch game.[2]

Issues fixed

Game is not displaying properly in Windows

Set Windows DPI scaling to 100%[6]

Game does not launch on Windows 8.1 on PCs with latest AMD drivers

  • AMD no longer supports Windows 8.1 video driver updates. Only Windows 7 and 10 are supported.
Install the latest Windows 7 driver on Windows 8.1
Drivers are as stable as the Windows 7 drivers, no compatibility issues.
Since driver 19.12.2 you cannot install the driver with the regular setup.exe, workaround is needed and is unsupported by AMD.
  1. Download the latest AMD graphics driver and run the setup.
  2. When an error message shows reporting an unsupported OS, go to where the driver files were extracted (such as C:\AMD\Win7-Radeon-Software-Adrenalin-2020-Edition-xx.x.x.
  3. Navigate through Packages\Drivers\Display\W76A_INF\B351278 and run ccc2_install.exe.
  4. Restart the computer.
