Issues fixed

Blurry Visuals/Low Resolution

Disable Resolution Scaling, and turn up the "FOVEATED QUALITY" setting in the "GRAPHICS" menu.
It is possible to also turn up the render percentage in SteamVR using OpenVR Advanced Settings.

Framerate Fluctuations

Update Graphics Card Drivers[2]
As of the time of Cyberpilot's release, NVIDIA pushed driver update "431.60", which supports the game. Of course, it's best practice to update to the latest GPU drivers.[3]

Framerate caps at 60 FPS on a 90 Hz (or higher) HMD

Force disable Vertical Sync (VSync) using GPU Control Panel[4]
