Change frame rate cap

Modify the config file^[2]
Open the configuration file. Change the line `FramerateLimit = 144` to whatever value you desire, such as `FramerateLimit = 120`. Change the line `BackgroundFramerateLimit = 30` to whatever value you desire, such as `BackgroundFramerateLimit = 60`. Save and close the configuration file.
