1.) Go to the WindowsNoEditor folder.
2.) Open GameUserSettings.ini.
3.) Search for the line "FrameRateLimit" and change the value to 144.
4.) Add following line: bSmoothFrameRate=False
5.) Save.
Change FoV manually
1.) Go to the WindowsNoEditor folder.
2.) Open GameUserSettings.ini.
3.) Search for the line "FOV"
4.) Change the value according to you needs.
5.) Save.
Note: Parts of the helmet will stick out into the frame and can't be removed.
