Go to `<path-to-game>\TslGame\Binaries\Win64` Right click on `TslGame` and select Properties Update Compatibility settings: Windows 7: Go to Compatibility and check the `override high DPI scaling behavior` Windows 8, 8.1, 10: Go to Compatibility and check the `override high DPI scaling behavior` and select `Application` in the dropdown list Click OK

This is a safe .ini edit to make and will not result in a ban. Clarified by RoboDanjal on Discord (PUBG Dev): The statement is that any changes that provide an unfair advantage are not allowed.

Set resolution manually^[3]
Go to the configuration file(s) location. Open `GameUserSettings.ini`. Change `ResolutionSizeX=` and `ResolutionSizeY=` to the desired multi-monitor resolution. Run the game in windowed mode only.

High frame rate

Change FPS cap^[4]
Go to the configuration file(s) location. Open `GameUserSettings.ini`. Change `FrameRateLimit=1000.000000` to your liking (e.g. `FrameRateLimit=120.000000`).

Disable controller force feedback^[5]
Go to the configuration file(s) location. Open `GameUserSettings.ini`. Find the string `bUseForceFeedback=` and change it to `bUseForceFeedback=False`. Save and close the config file.

Force on threaded optimization in Nvidia Control Panel^{[citation needed]}
In Nvidia Control Panel, go to Manage 3D settings and open the Program Settings tab. If not already available, create a profile for the PUBG executable. For the PUBG profile, change Threaded Optimization from Auto to On.
