  1. Download a cracked CT3.exe and place it in the installation folder.
  2. Download CT3Tweaks.
  3. Browse to your Crazy Taxi 3 directory.
  4. Click Optimise (or Advanced Mode for more settings).

You will now have two game executables - CT3.exe, the modified version with your custom settings, and CT3.original.exe, the unmodified executable. If any issues arise just rename CT3.original.exe to CT3.exe.
