Add DEBUG.txt[2]
  1. Go to <path-to-game>\Outward_Data\.
  2. Add a text file (.txt) into the folder and name it DEBUG.

Notes

Press F1 to spawn items, F2 for the debug menu and F3 to change skills.
Numpad key functions are not known and can kill the player character.
