Issues fixed
Temporary switch to desktop or black screen when loading
Invisible War temporarily shows the desktop or a black screen prior to the loading screen. The game will still work normally but the transition can be annoying. To fix this do the following:
- Windows Vista and 7: open the compatibility settings for
dx2.exe
and set Disable Desktop Composition. - Windows 8: Desktop Composition cannot be disabled; there is currently no other known fix.
Game only shows black screen
If Google Chrome is running in the background, the game will not load and only show a black screen after loading a game. To fix it you need to manually kill chrome.exe
using the Task Manager.
