That would only apply to Extraction Point then, since Perseus Mandate is standalone. Still, I think for the sake of clarity and accessibility, Extraction Point should have its own article. It's not a mere DLC.
Even XCOM: Enemy Within is more than a simple DLC, or World in Conflict: Soviet Assault, or World of Warcraft's expansions...
But I would find weird to make articles for those too..
I thought a different criteria could be checking whether an expansion uses.. a different executable than main game
But I'm not sure of this would apply to cases like Black & White: Creature Isle
