Borderless fullscreen windowed

Run in borderless fullscreen windowed[1]
  1. Download and run DxWnd.
  2. Click on Options and enable Expert mode.
  3. Click on Edit and Add.
  4. Set the path to <path-to-game>\CT32.EXE.
  5. Enable Fullscreen only.
  6. Enable Hide desktop background.
  7. Enable Keep aspect ratio.
  8. Enable Desktop.
  9. Click on the Video tab.
  10. Enable thin frame window style.
  11. Enable initial resolution and set it to 640x480.
  12. Click on the Libs tab and enable Scaled GDI calls.
  13. Click OK, then File and Save.

Use Silanda's Clock Tower Translation Patch[2]
  1. Install the game.
  2. Copy all files from the CD into the installation folder.
  3. Download this English Patch.
  4. Copy the contents of this zip into the installation folder, answering yes when asked if you want to overwrite.
  5. Run Patch.bat (you may need to run it in administrator mode).
  6. Play the game.
