A patch from the Patch 1.1 (PCGamingWiki mirror) allows custom paint jobs to vehicles, and fixes a few bugs related to joypads and multiplayer. Highly recommended.

Windowed

Set windowed mode[citation needed] Right click the game's shortcut and go to properties. Add -window to the end of the target. The game will now run the race in a window. This also fixes the inverted colors issue.
