Issues unresolved

Noticeable frame stuttering

The game has noticeable frame stuttering, especially on Nvidia GPUs.
(Nvidia) Set Vulkan/OpenGL rendering to prefer DXGI interop[6]

Notes:

This completely resolves the issue.
(AMD/Intel) Force OpenGL triple buffering[3]

Notes:

This fix greatly reduces frame stuttering, but does not completely resolve the issue.
