Essential improvements

TFix

TFix updates the game for modern systems and is highly recommended. Contains fixes for the original missions and optional texture mods. The GoG release includes an out-of-date, stripped-down version of this patch.

Enhancement Pack 2.0

The Enhancement Pack 2.0 is an improved version of the Enhancement Pack, containing higher quality reproductions of original textures and objects. It also applies changes to Thief 2.

Thief Gold HD Texture Mod

The Thief Gold HD Texture Mod adds HD textures for all original missions, new effects and new enemy skins. It is only compatible with Thief Gold. Includes a tool to configure advanced graphics settings (Anti-Aliasing, Bloom, etc.). An FAQ with installation steps is available.

Note: Makes the game more de-saturated and changes its graphical style in a way some may not like (far more than the Enhancement Pack 2.0 does).

GoldToDark

The GoldToDark is a patch that will convert Thief Gold into the original Thief The Dark Project. This must be used on top of an existing clean valid installation of Thief Gold.
