Japanese language support is only available in Japan and requires a separate purchase or the Thief + Japanese Language Pack Bundle.

The Master Thief Edition includes the Opportunist DLC along with a digital art book, comic book and soundtrack. The Thief Collection and Eidos Anthology include all Master Thief Edition content.^[2]^[3]
