Issues unresolved

The developers frequently recommend sending debugging information regarding issues they are aware of. Follow these instructions if you encounter such issues:
Send developer a debug log[6]
  1. While in-game, press ~.
  2. From the console which appears, type exportlog.
  3. Press ↵ Enter.
  4. If successful, the game will say the log has been successfully exported.
  5. Exit the game and go to the desktop.
  6. Find the folder containing the log (i.e. STYGIAN_LOGS_7232 1.10.2019 12.13).
  7. Compress the folder itself.
  8. Send the compressed log folder to culticgames@gmail.com.

Game softlocks during first companion fight

The game accepts no input during the first companion fight if the player rejects, then accepts the offer to hire the game's first available henchman.[7]

Game freezes during late-game fight

The game freezes when a specific late-game fight begins.[8]
The developers are working on fixing this issue.

Main menu does not load after using the Save & Exit option

The game can fail to load the main menu, preventing the user from exiting the game normally.[9]

  1. Press Ctrl+Alt+Delete.
  2. From the prompt which appears, select Task Manager.
  3. From the window which appears, select STYGIAN.EXE.
  4. Click the End Task button.
  5. Close the window.
