  1. Start the game with the -dev -console command line arguments.
  2. During the game, open the console by pressing ~.
  3. Type in and enter sv_cheats 1.
  4. Type in and enter fov_desired # to set the world FOV.
  5. Type in and enter viewmodel_fov # to set the viewmodel FOV (54 by default).
