Can't open configuration utility

When opening Visionaire configuration tool it gives error "Oops, that shouldn't have happened"
This is a Steam-specific issue and the developers are aware of it. It's also relatively easy to fix.[2]
Delete config files content[2]
  1. Go to the installation folder.
  2. Edit Config.ini, remove all content and save the file.

Notes

Config file in the installation folder is only used if it's not present in the configuration file location.
