Field of view (FOV)

Set FOV to any value beyond the in-game limits through a config file[4]
  1. Go to the configuration file(s) location.
  2. Open GameUserSettings.ini.
  3. Locate the line that starts with mFOV= and modify the value (e.g. mFOV=133).
  4. Save the changes.

Console commands

Enable the console by pressing Ctrl+ Shift+L, then access it by pressing ~.
Command Notes
FOV [number] Field of view degrees, allowing for values missing from the settings.
Pause Toggle for pausing the game.
r.Atmosphere [number] Enables or disables the planet's atmosphere.
r.Fog [number] Enables or disables the fog.
r.ScreenPercentage [number] Sets the resolution scale, allowing for downscaling and upscaling.
r.TemporalAAFilterSize [number] Sets the spread of the TAA samples. Enter values between 0 and 1 to sharpen the image.
r.Tonemapper.Sharpen [number] Any value above 0 sharpens the image.
r.ViewDistanceScale [number] Sets the maximum distance at which world objects like foliage and stone formations are visible, allowing for values above the Video settings' maximum of 1.
r.maxAnisotropy [number] Anisotropic filtering samples.
