This page is for the 2017 reboot. For the original game, see Prey.
Key points
- The game's default installation folder is simply "Prey", which causes the game files to be installed into the same folder as the 2006 Prey game. This overrides the original Prey executable.[2]

Prey Interface Customizer
- The Prey Interface Customizer is a HUD/UI customization mod for Prey (2017). It provides an easy to use GUI that allows fine-grained control over many aspects of the interface, including the visibility of the individual elements, as well as the option to only show them with a hotkey. Additionally, it offers additional bindings, such as scrolling through the quickbar or the direct usage of a medit.
Console commands
CryEngine Remote Console with the command to disable motion blur in the command line
- The in-game console has been disabled. Commands can be executed using the CryEngine Remote Console instead.
