- The 1994 "SVGA" (high-resolution) remake was released on CD-ROM, with updated graphics and full voice acting. It runs in DOS and Windows in 640x480 256-color mode.
- The GOG.com re-release is a bundle based on the 1997 Leisure Suit Larry: Collection Series. It includes:
- Leisure Suit Larry in the Land of the Lounge Lizards (EGA & VGA version)
- Leisure Suit Larry Goes Looking for Love (in Several Wrong Places)
- Leisure Suit Larry III: Passionate Patti in Pursuit of the Pulsating Pectorals
- Leisure Suit Larry 5: Passionate Patti Does a Little Undercover Work (VGA version only)
- Leisure Suit Larry 6: Shape Up or Slip Out! (VGA & SVGA CD-ROM "talkie" versions)
- The GOG.com re-release uses ScummVM for the VGA version of Leisure Suit Larry 6, and DOSBox for the SVGA remake.
