a page on pcgw already exists for Dota 2 - all of the contributions to this article should be merged with the main article and this fork removed.
also note: Dota 2 is the official stylization and name of the game being created by valve. "Defense of the Ancients" rights are owned by Blizzard whereas "Dota" (no capitalized A as part of the change from an acronym to a word in itself) is owned by Valve.
If you would like to expand on the "defense of the ancients" name and history that should be in a history section of the main article I believe.
