Skip launcher

Replace the launcher executable with the game executable
  1. Go to <path-to-game>\Launcher.
  2. Delete or rename Sniper3Launcher.exe.
  3. Go to <path-to-game>\bin.
  4. Copy the SniperElite3.exe file and paste it in <path-to-game>\Launcher, then rename it to Sniper3Launcher.exe.

Game crashes right after startup videos

Verify game integrity[2]
  1. Go to <path-to-game>.
  2. Delete or rename steam_api.dll and steam_api64.dll.
  3. Find the game in the Library, then Right Click on it.
  4. Select Properties, Local Files, then push the Verify Integrity of Game Cache... button.
Fix for Crash after Logo on Startup[3]
  1. Close Steam fully
  2. Delete or rename <path-to-game>\bin\SniperElite3.exe
  3. Delete or rename <Steam-folder>\steamapps\appmanifest_238090.acf, <Steam-folder>\depotcache\238093*.manifest and <Steam-folder>\appcache\appinfo.vdf
  4. Start Steam and Install Sniper Elite 3

It should redownload some files and after starting the game the second time after doing all of this, it should work again.
