DRIVE is the drive where your user folder is stored. Users folder is "Users" in English, it might be named differently depending on your Windows language. Your username is the name of the user who installed Pixel Killers - The Showdown. AppData is a hidden folder, so you have to make it visible or paste this in your explorer or search field %localappdata%. If you use the last method, then open AGKApps, PixelKillers-TheShowdown and media to find your saved settings files.
