  1. Go to <path-to-game>.
  2. Open autoexec.cfg.
  3. Find the lines SCREENWIDTH and GameScreenWidth, and set to the desired value, e.g. 1920.
  4. Find the lines SCREENHEIGHT and GameScreenHeight, and set to the desired value, e.g. 1080.
  5. Save the file.

Notes

Non-4:3 resolutions are stretched by default. For a Hor+ image, use the FOV fix.
For resolution heights greater than 2048 or resolution widths greater than 1536, use a DirectX wrapper like dgVoodoo 2.
