Issues fixed
Game fails to proceed to next checkpoint in certain missions
- This issue mostly arises in missions where you have to escort or guard friendly AIs. Its cause is most likely a softlock caused when the player rushes too quickly through a level, not considering the AI. To prevent the game softlocking, stay close to the AIs and kill every enemy you see to make sure the AI proceeds with you.[8]
Crash at the end of the mission
- The game will often crash at the very end of the mission most likely due to an attempt to synchronize mission completion achievement unlock with LIVE. It is best to play the campaign with the internet connection turned off on your machine to enter a GFWL offline mode. You will still unlock achievements, but the crashes will be reduced. You can then relaunch the game with internet turned on to sync your achievement unlocks with LIVE.
