Issues fixed

Game refuses to run on modern version of Windows

If you patched the game, the patches may provide separate game.exe alongside the original executable. It is recommended to move old .exe file and rename the newer ones back to AirStrike3D.exe for the fix to work properly.
Use QindieGL.[2]
Vendor independent which works across modern hardware.
Minor graphical issue may present, such as missing shadows depending on version of the game.
Enable Extension Limit via Nvidia Profile Inspector[3]
For Nvidia graphics only.
  1. Add the game to Nvidia Control Panel's profile.
  2. Open Nvidia Profile Inspector.
  3. Select the game from User modified profiles menu.
  4. Set Extension Limit to 0x00004844
  5. Set OpenGL - Version Override to OpenGL Version 1.1
  6. Click Apply Changes.

Notes.

setting Extension Limit flag to simply Enabled results in muddy terrain textures.
