Slow motion accurs becouse game tries to keep up with 60 fps all time, and when your system can't handle it it slows down, these configs : http://www.mediafire.com/download/5p6twj1hw4pqpr0/coalesced_30_45fps.rar can change your game fps to 30 or 45, it personaly helped me, if game starts run too fast, cnuckle up video settings, extract setting you want (30 or 45 fps) to config folder
