There's no way to disable chromatic aberration even with post processing effects on minimal.^[3]

Edit config file by hand^{[citation needed]}
Open config file. Add `<pref name="UnityGraphicsQuality" type="int">0</pref>` line if it's not there Change 0 to quality setting you want (0 - 3, 0 = low, 3 = awesome).
