Use dgVoodoo 2[2]

- Download the latest release of dgVoodoo 2.
- Extract
dgVoodooCpl.exe and D3D8.dll to the game directory.
- Run
dgVoodooCpl.exe .
- Click the .\ button to set the game directory as config folder.
- Click on the DirectX tab and disable dgVoodoo Watermark.
Notes
- For the best image quality, also set Filtering to Force anisotropic 16x and Antialiasing (MSAA) to 8x.
- If you have high frame rates, you may need to enable vsync and or set a framecap limit to prevent broken physics and sluggish menus [2]

- Copy

- Enable Vsync in the launcher and set refresh rate on 60hz
