https://www.pcgamingwiki.com/w/index.php?title=Race_Driver:_Grid&oldid=prev&diff=1380368 Thanks for providing the clear explanation in that post. Understand your frustration when you put so much effort in bringing some games back and people constantly questioning the legitimacy by some users that maybe don't have the very best intentions always (especially because many still sadly associate you lot with the Zoom Video Communication platform...). But next time would be best to provide reasoning like you gave now for all edits that could be seen as morally questionable, as you are associated with Zoom :) Avoids needless undos like the one I did :) Then everyone is informed about why the change should happen, faulty information is removed from PCGW and everyone should be happy. Btw, appreciate the transparency of using the Zoom-platform username used here on PCGW :) I'm btw no staff, moderator or anything, just a regular contributor haha. Btw, if you are thus then Zoom_Jordan and thus probably Jordan Freeman I assume? Quite nice to have your own name in the company name right? ;) Well, at least thanks for bringing a lot of old games back :)

Btw, the last bit in my message above was just a fun bit I noticed, if you don't like it for privacy reasons, please say so and I'll remove it.

Yes, it is me. Being transparent was precisely the reason why I made the ZOOM-Platform user name. It's a shared account and won't always be me, definitely a ZOOM team member though. Thanks for the kind words :)

Good to know :) And again thanks for the transparency. Never really looked much at Zoom Platform to be honest, but you have quite some games available DRM-free that other storefronts don't (like Flatout Ultimate Carnage), which is really nice. I also hope your out-of-the-box compatibility with modern Windows OS's is also better than GOG; in their beginning years they really focused on fixing older releases before releasing them, but they don't seem to maintain them that much anymore and many of them still contain some issues.

Thanks so much for the kind words :) We do our best to keep our games' compatibility up-to-date and respond to Discord support questions ASAP.

I have one small question: what kind of installer do you use for your games? Seems a bit like InstallShield or something? Asking this because offline installers from GOG are using Inno Setup, which is notoriously slow for games with a larger size as it is very single-threaded... How do your installers deal with this problem, if at all of course? Or is this also an ongoing issue on Zoom?

Oh yeah, sorry, I should be using your Discord for this haha
