I download too many games with the sole goal of cracking them open...

I'm a game modder and reverse engineer. Every game I touch gets its resource archives unpacked. For games that I particularly like, I might try to mod them to fix bugs or create new content. I also happen to have a disdain for DRM, and would generally try to remove them. I also dislike Steam, but I'm more accepting of it even though it's essentially a big bloaty DRM system. I can overlook that for the content delivery part and its game discussions on Steam Community.
