Resolution setting bug on 4K displays: Game does only report one (and wrong) resolution.

Regarding my edit in "4K Ultra HD", "Can not choose resolution on 4K displays, only Hz. Using windowed fullscreen uses desktop resolution, but graphics rendered still have 4K resolution and scale wrong with clear stair steps for 1920x1080.",
