Anisotropic filtering and Vertical sync "off" ?

Ok so i can confirm that the FPS can be unlocked by force disabling the Vsync trough driver settings (Only if game is in fullscreen mode, windowed and borderless are forced to screen refresh rate) but what about Anistropic filtering? It seems like forcing it to x16 trough drivers works too or are my eyes lying to me? I'm not sure about that so i wanted to check with the other guys that work on the article. The weird thing is that the picture that i posted on the article page, it looks like the x16 force didn't work but now it does? How does it work out for you guys?
