Set up Gravis Ultrasound in DOSBox^[1]
Ensure music has been enabled and extracted using `SETUP.EXE`. Set up Gravis Ultrasound in DOSBox. Go to the `ULTRASND` folder. Copy `PLAYMIDI.EXE` into the Lords of Doom: The Black God installation folder.
