No music (DOSBox)

Music does not work when enabled in SETUP.EXE (an error message is shown in-game: "Illegal command: playmidi").
Set up Gravis Ultrasound in DOSBox[1]
  1. Ensure music has been enabled and extracted using SETUP.EXE.
  2. Set up Gravis Ultrasound in DOSBox.
  3. Go to the ULTRASND folder.
  4. Copy PLAYMIDI.EXE into the Lords of Doom: The Black God installation folder.
