From PCGamingWiki, the wiki about fixing PC games
Starring the memorable egg-shaped character Dizzy, the game is a platform adventure. Highly popular in its time, the franchise started in 1987 on the 8-bit home computers of the era, and spawned over two dozen games across different platforms.[1] Although the first for DOS, this is actually the third installment in the Dizzy adventure series.
Originally released in October 1989 for the Amstrad CPC and ZX Spectrum 8-bit home computers. The game was ported to DOS by Abersoft.
