Mods can be installed two ways: one, you download unpack and copy the file over DATA, MUSIC, IMAGES, Sound, Music, etc. A simpler way is to delete DATA, IMAGES, MUSIC, SOUND, MOVIES and LOCAL, and create a directory in the root folder called Packs. Then you put inside the packs folder the file from here https://www.moddb.com/mods/7-new-terrain-types-for-random-maps/downloads/tzar-gog-wdt-version Finaly, you put in the packs directory the wdt file of your mods.
