Some players report bright flickering effects during Chapter 3 and 6 of the game.[4]

Frequent crashes on Windows 10

The game conflicts with Windows 10's Tablet Services, resulting in frequent crashing until they are shut down.
Shut down tablet services[7]
  1. Quit the game if it is currently running.
  2. Right-click the Windows icon on the lower-left corner of your screen.
  3. Select Task Manager from the menu which appears.
  4. On the window which appears, if in the lower-left corner of the window you see an arrow as well as the words "More details" next to that arrow, click the arrow.
  5. Under Background Services, end any tasks which begin with Tablet (case-sensitive).
  6. Close the window.
The game may immediately crash to desktop in Windows 10 when installed on disk drives other than the C Drive
Move Steam install of the game to C Drive[8]
  1. Find the game in your Steam Library.
  2. Right-click and go to Properties → Local Files.
  3. If not installed on the C Drive, click "Move Install Folder...".
  4. Select the option that corresponds with your C Drive - by default "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\".
  5. Wait for Steam to migrate the game files.
  6. Launch the game.

    "This fix is for anyone that has crashes in this game every 15 minutes on Windows. (In my case Win10) Before running the game, right click on the taskbar to open up the Task Manager. Looking at the Processes tab scroll through Background processes untill you find "Tablet Service" and any other Tablet related tasks. End these tasks. This will solve the issue."
