Serious Sam 3: BFE (Before First Encounter) is a game in Serious Sam series.
Version Differences
Serious Sam 3: BFE is a Steamworks title with a "Serious Digital" version also released which contains:

Piracy
Pirated copies of the game have an immortal pink scorpion to harass the player until the player dies[1].
Mods
To use your installed mods, you must launch the moddable version of the game from your Steam library. While in the moddable gversion of the game, custom files and maps are allowed, but achievements and leaderboards are disabled.
Serious Zone hosts a wide variety mods[2] and maps [3] for Serious Sam 3: BFE, in addition to other games in the series.
No Reloading
This mod removes the reloading on every gun except for the double-barreled shotgun (due to the unique nature of the weapon and its reloading animations). The download link can be found here[4].
