Field of view (FOV)

This game uses vertical FOV. See FOV Calculator for help.
Edit the system.cfg file[1]
  1. Go to the configuration file(s) location.
  2. Open system.cfg.
  3. Copy and paste cl_fov = x ('x' equals the vertical FOV of the player's view) into the file and then save the file.
  4. You can also use r_DrawNearFOV = X which is responsible for the FOV of the player's weapons, arms and nearby objects (leave this at the same value as the cl_fov = X console command if this does not concern you).

Borderless fullscreen windowed

Edit system.cfg[citation needed]
  1. Go to the configuration file(s) location.
  2. Open system.cfg.
  3. Copy and Paste r_FullscreenWindow = 1 into the file and then Save the file.
  4. Start the game, it will initially start in fullscreen simply hold Alt+↵ Enter to set it to borderless windowed mode.

Notes

When applying settings on the 1st Video Settings the game will take the player back to windowed mode, to fix this open the console by pressing ~ and paste r_FullscreenWindow = 1.
