Download and run DxWnd. Click on Edit, then Add. Set the Path to `<path-to-game>\final_exam.exe`. Set the desired window position and size. Set Desktop for borderless fullscreen windowed. Click on Video tab, set Lock win style. Click OK, then File and Save.
