Windows 95 version of Cyberia 2 (with a 16-bit EXE) is incompatible with 64-bit operating systems, making the EXE unusable.
DOSBox 0.74 is compatible with the DOS version of the game; virtual machines for the Windows 95 version are also an option, though not tested.
