Key points
- The PC version of CHAOS;HEAD is an incomplete release. It doesn't have heroine routes or any new content that was included in CHAOS;HEAD NoAH
- The original English fan-translation breaks a lot of things with the game. See CHAOS;HEAD DI-PATCH 2.5.
- A better patch based on DI-PATCH 2.5 that adds new features is available. See Chaotic;Head 1.23.

- An improved patch based on Di-Patch 2.5 which includes, among other things:
- Game is ported to a newer version of the engine
- No need to use locale emulator
- Multiple font options
- LCS (underwear) toggle
- Runs on Linux (wine)
