The PC version of CHAOS;HEAD is an incomplete release. It doesn't have heroine routes or any new content that was included in CHAOS;HEAD NoAH

The original English fan-translation breaks a lot of things with the game. See CHAOS;HEAD DI-PATCH 2.5.

A better patch based on DI-PATCH 2.5 that adds new features is available. See Chaotic;Head 1.23.
