High frame rate

The frame rate is limited to 30 FPS, which while playable is not ideal. The frame rate cap can be removed by using the Framerate Unlocker by jackfuste:

  1. Download and install the 1.200 patch if you haven't already. This isn't necessary on Steam versions of the game.
  2. Download the Framerate Unlocker
  3. Backup and then replace your Bully.exe in the game's folder with the one downloaded above.

Note: When using this unlocker, if the game goes above 120 FPS it may appear to be running at double-speed. To prevent this use a frame rate limiter or enable Vsync in the game's video options.

Two missions, one in the winter involving snowballs and homeless man, and Weed Killer in Chapter 2, may break or become glitched. For those missions alone, switch back to the old Bully.exe, complete it, save, quit, and relaunch with the patched Bully.exe.

Issues unresolved

Random Slowdowns and Graphical Glitches

Due to the fact that this game is a console port, occasional slowdowns in cutscenes and gameplay do occur. Fortunately, they don't impact the game too much. Graphical glitches occasionally occur in the game, but it appears to be limited to cut scenes. These issues can't be fixed but shouldn't impact the playability of the game.
