Issues fixed

Game doesn't run on 64-bit Windows OSes

Run the game on Windows 3.x via DOSBox[2]
Windows 3.11 is a 16-bit OS and is fully supported by DOSBox.[3] It can be obtained via MSDN Subscribers Downloads.

Follow this guide and install the game as you normally would.
For further help (i.e. CD-ROM drive mounting), please refer to DOSBox's wiki.

Poor performance on DOSBox

This game is CPU intensive under DOSBox when played using previous method.
Set cycles to 100000[2]
  1. Edit DOSBox's configuration file. Two methods:
    • Use DOSBox 0.74 Options under "DOSBox-0.74" in the Start Menu.
    • Go to %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\DOSBox (default folder) and open dosbox-0.74.conf.
  2. Modify cycles value (under CPU section) to 100000.
  3. Save and close.
