Sega Sapporo Studio, also known internally as Division 3 within Sega, is a Japanese video game development studio and is a subsidiary company of Sega.

It was originally known as Sega Global Entertainment R&D Dept. 3 (Sega GE3 for short), a internal video game development division within Sega that spun off from Sonic Team Ltd. in July 2004. In May 2008, it merged with Sega GE2 and became Sega CS3. A separate studio, Sega Online R&D, was established in July 2010, and the new studio's first PC title is Phantasy Star Onilne 2. Both Sega CS3 and Sega Online R&D were merged and spun off into a subsidiary company, Sega Sapporo Studio, on December 1, 2021.
