Key points
- FidelityFX Super Resolution is used to upsample an input image into a higher resolution.
- Open source, can be used with most modern GPUs, including NVIDIA cards.
- Can be used on any game on Windows with Magpie.[2]
- Can be used on almost any Vulkan game on Linux with Proton.[3]
- Generally worse than DLSS in terms of visual quality. Unlike DLSS, it doesn't replace and enhance the game's anti-aliasing.[4]
