Notes

It's a sort of Debug mode: with menu, status bar and buttons, and different options.
As the mouse cursor does not remain inside the window and loses focus pretty easily, it can show white artifacting effects during gameplay when it regains focus, and the game hangs during videos if it loses/gains focus or the window is moved.
